Какво пазим

Засега няма плащания. Към езиков модел (LLM) пращаме нещо само ако включиш облачното извличане на разговори. Тогава пращаме на Anthropic транскрипта на разговора и нищо друго.

Можеш да поискаш достъп, поправка, изтриване, ограничаване или да възразиш срещу обработката. Отговаряме до 30 дни.

Данни за други хора

В задачите неизбежно има имена на хора и теми на писма, които не са се съгласявали, например „Мартин чака отговор от 3 дни“. Затова пазим само кой и кога, а не какво е казал, освен краткия цитат и двата текста, които избраният от теб модел пише със свои думи, ако си включил обобщенията. Не правим профили на тези хора, не ги споделяме и не ги обогатяваме от други източници.

Къде са данните и кой ни помага

Данните са на сървър в ЕС. Списъкът с външните услуги, които ползваме, е на страницата с подизпълнители. За промени в него предупреждаваме 30 дни по-рано.

Сигурност

Връзките са криптирани (HTTPS). Токените и паролите в базата също. Ако откриеш уязвимост, пиши на [email protected].

Google user data (English)

This section describes how Utro handles data it receives from Google APIs. It applies to Google Sign-In and to Google Calendar.

  • Google Sign-In (scopes openid, email): we receive your Google account email address and use it only to sign you in.
  • Google Calendar (scope calendar.readonly), only if you click “Connect Google Calendar”: we read events from your primary calendar, from 30 days back to 14 days ahead. We store the event title, start and end time, whether you are busy, the event status, the organizer's name, the number of invitees, your own response, and for meetings you organize the names of up to 5 invitees who have not answered yet. Names of people you met with are used to rank your brief. We do not store event descriptions, locations or full attendee lists.
  • How we use it: only to build your morning brief: today's meetings, free time blocks, invitations waiting for an answer, and deadlines that clash with meetings. Utro never creates, changes or deletes calendar events.
  • Sharing: we do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, do not share it with third parties except the hosting providers listed on the subprocessors page, and do not send it to AI or language models or use it to train them. No person at Utro reads it, except with your consent, for security reasons, or when the law requires it.
  • Storage and protection: data is stored on a server in the EU. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. All connections use HTTPS.
  • Retention and deletion: calendar events are kept for 60 days. You can disconnect Google Calendar on the Sources page at any time. We then revoke the access at Google and delete the stored events. Deleting your account deletes all your data at once. You can also remove Utro's access at myaccount.google.com/connections.

Utro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
